Panda Stamp Fairs : LECHLADE
Following fires at both halls, we have no plans in 2017 for a fair in Lechlade. Much of the information that follows is unchecked and some will no longer be accurate.
The New Memorial Hall is a modern, well-lit hall in the very attractive town of Lechlade, lying on the River Thames on the edge of the Cotswolds. It is on the A361 mid-way between Swindon (and the M4) and the A40 at Burford.

Unfortunately, the last train to Lechlade departed about 50 years ago. The nearest Railway Station today is Swindon, 10 miles away.

Now we come to Stagecoach Route 64, Swindon - Lechlade - Witney. It would appear that Stagecoach and APL Travel both have an interest in this and that neither company shows the other company's buses in its timetable, so you have to look at both. However, given the timetable etiquette, it seems unlikely that they will accept each other's tickets, but by all means phone them and ask!
There is a Stagecoach Link below. In the 'Find a Timetable' Location field drop-down-list, input 'Swindon' and then select '64' in the field below that.
